Do you want to save money? (who doesn’t)
What if I told you “Save $500. Right now. Go ahead - just do it.”
You may respond (rightly so) “Umm I can’t just do that RIGHT NOW, that’s not exactly an action step. There’s many things I need to do, to have an extra $500 in my account.”
Health habits work the same way. Tips and education are great; I have said this to many patients “eat healthy.” I’ve read in colleagues’ notes “Patient instructed to follow a nutritious diet.”
How is that exactly done?!
