Move more. I know, this is counterintuitive - perhaps you’re saying “I just need some rest!” But trust me, chances are building up muscle with movement will help.
Stabilize your blood sugar. If you’re thinking “I’m not diabetic!” Still - many people make food choices that send the blood sugar on a roller coaster ride, and that’s exhausting.
Hydrate. Are you really drinking enough water during the day?
